Return to DiscussionsI have shaved regularly for at least a dozen years. I'm not completely smooth, everything is smooth except my chest, legs and outer forearms. They get trimmed. My suggestion would be to use a trimmer first, then shave the rest. I use a Gillette Fusion 5 blade razor and Fusion shaving gel. I shave every day, love the feeling and the look.
Hey there! I shave daily in the shower. I made the decision to shave and be smooth in 1980 and have never gone back. I like the way it looks and feels. My Dr recommended that I use alcohol after shaving to ease stubble I have found that a great suggestion. It helps to provide and even smoother feel. No plans to let it grow back.

There are plenty of forum topics on this subject. I am not professing to be the model nudist, but from what i gathered from reading all these posts is that some do shave, some don't. Those who shave sense a felling that is indescribable (for me anyway). Some shave, some wax, some use creams. Those that don't shave have a feeling of being natural with their body. My best advice, try shaving and depending how you feel after, you might want to step up to waxing or let it grow back. Do what feels comfortable for you and not what everyone else is doing
Shower. BIC smooth skin razors (the yellow ones in a big plastic package) . . . some taught balls . . . and a shower every morning. Some mornings I skip, but never more than two . . . when I'm lazy or hungover . . . keeps stuff smooth . . . I leave a triangle . . . public on the pubes always . . . jy
Hi.. Have shaved for many years, at first was a little itch but now no itch at all, but always use cream aferwards to keep skin subtle, as long as you shave frequently and not let growth come back to strong, well for me it works........ kind regards......

I have been shaving for years. Used to have everything waxed off. For me in is a hygene thing. I did once just to check it out. I have never went back. Liked waxing but gets very expensive. I would laser ever hair off my body if I was brave.
It is so much more comfortable. There is some itching and ingrown hairs can be bothersome, but I wont go back.
