Would you be naked when a repairman works in your house?

Would that make you feel comfortable and feel okay to strip?What if the repairman wanted to join you and perform hid work in he raw? Deep down it is an experience i would like to happen to me, as the repairman.
I would use caution and hope that others do too. Mainly women. If you know this person well, then your safe. But if it was someone out of the Yellow Pages or maybe Sears sent them....then I would be seeing red flags. Remember this isn't a perfect world and you have weirdos out there. Look at our chat room for example. Great chats with the regulars, our fellow nudists, and then there are those that PM you saying they are nudists but as they talk more you find out that they are perverts wanting the Wild Thing. Imagine a poor housewife in the house, finding that out after the two were already naked. I would say if you wanted that situation then post an ad at your local nudist club and be able to provide references from other nudists from the club and nudists they know. Got to be safe in this world.

when/why is nudism coming up in conversation, if you're having your fridge's ice maker fixed, or your patio door rescreened? 'so, how 'bout those cowboys.. oh, also, i prefer to be schlong out, no matter who/what/when/where/why'... if you really need a repair person, or service person or cleaning person, or accountant, or whatever to be nude, there are people who actually advertise that as a niche service. otherwise, nudists are better off learning how to fit in with textile society as needed, and an hour here and there when you're having work done is not too long a time to put on some shorts and t shirt. i've seen people make this situation akin to accepting race/creed/gender etc. and it's not.
We're in the same situation as "jaxbeachfuncpl". I am the repairman and if I'm not working naked .... something's really ... really wrong! If I'm dressed ... my wife wants to know why and she will remind me occasionally that I'm "still dressed", after we arrive home from some place and if I'm side tracked by some thing or another.
That said ... in all honesty, if the washer/dryer, any appliance guy, the HVAC guy ... came and the conversation turned to nudism, I'd gladly talk to him/her about it but I think it's best to keep that situation professional and not personal until you get to know one another much better.
If we met these people at a club, became acquainted with them and friendly ... sure, if they showed up to fix something of ours, we greet them naked, stay naked and allow them to work on our stuff naked if they preferred but not just someone we've met.
I am a service guy, I would obviously have zero problem working in a home should the customer be nude. In 30 yrs don't ever recall it ever happening. Would I at my house? No, it's not that big of deal to me to be dressed for the service call. It would be a bigger deal for me to manage the damage control of the local public gossip. The wife would not either go nude in front of a service guy or any other guy she didn't know in her home. But no doubt it would be fine as far as the general public goes.
Reminds me of the female / male double standard. If I stood naked a street corner I would soon be met by the men in blue. If my wife did she would get smiles , waves and horns honking.
Interesting question. I don't think I would be nude or allow a worker to be nude if it were the first contact with them. If they were referred by a fellow nudist and all was understood ahead of time that may be different. I had one similar experience in the past. I met a nudist realtor in the DC area about 8 years ago from a nudist website. He offered to show me a condo and we both stripped when we got to the place. There was nothing odd about the experience because we both had chatted in advance. The only weird part was the enormous amount of money they were asking for a crappy old condo just because it was in DC!
We are naked around the house most of the time and our various cleaners over the yearshave had no problem with that, and from time to time a repair man has had to come and we have never dressed especially for the visit.
