Naked At Home - 2014 / 2024 -
For people who like to be naked in the house...
Driving Naked
Return to DiscussionsNight time or rain is low risk as people can rarely see inside the car. A hot/sunny day is also low risk as men may well go without a shirt and not many can see below the waist. I have driven naked at other times too, especially if the journey takes longer than an hour.
I have, but just started. Wish I had started long ago! The first couple of times I left my shirt on but took everything else off just after I got in the car, dressing just before I got home. I've driven that way both during the day and at night. But a couple of other times, only at night, I've taken everything off. I am lucky because for nearly every local trip I can use two lane backroads the are little traveled. The next trip I plan is one of about 50 miles. But I don't plan to undress and put my clothes back on in the car when I get home. This time I plan to leave my garage naked and return naked never getting dressed at all. Then I'm going to get the windows of my car tinted and try it during the day.
I never thought when I first got naked from the waist down and drove that I'd ever do more than that, but it's very addictive, at least to me. I also have explored Internet forums and am astounded how many drive naked. That's made me bolder. I'll probably never get off the backroads when I do it. On one of my trips I was on a busy highway for maybe 5 miles. It was intoxicatingly exciting and I was shaking when I got back on my country roads. It was one of the best rushes I've ever had. But the risk that caused the rush is just too much for me. I think. :). Addicts do all sorts of crazy things to get a better buzz!
Drive naked all the time. Whether 10 minute or 5 hours, I love driving naked. Day or night, doesn't matter. I've driven thru toll booths, drivethrus and downtown in cities naked...nothing better. Got stopped in major traffic jam during holidays, so I just stayed in car and kept naked. GREAT feeling.
You have to answer a single question. Do you want the joy of driving naked without being seen by anyone?
If the answer is that you kinda want to be seen, at least once or twice, then my advice is not for you.
If you want to not be seen, here's my advice. Be in a tall car (truck/suv). Stay in the right lane as often as you can. Keep a pile of stuff, anything really, in the passenger seat. That helps block the view of people on your right. When I pass cars that are as tall as I am, I pull a pair of lightweight shorts over my lap.
I also pull those shorts over when I see overhead cameras. I want the freedom of driving nude, but don't want to trade my real freedom for it. If you stop at traffic lights, cover if there are cameras. regardless, make sure the care next to you, or pulling up next to you is not as tall as you are. Pay attention to cars coming up from behind that will stop next to you or close to you. Make sure they will not be able to see in. If they might, cover until you're through the light. Drive faster than them, or slower. Pick one.
Cover when building windows would be able to see. It's likely that you will drive the same route nude multiple times. That happens once you start driving nude. If you're "the guy that drives by nude" someone will eventually report you, and since you go by often they will be able to describe you and provide your license plate.
Another good tip, don't break any traffic laws and don't get in an accident.
That's the advice for a nudist that enjoys the freedom of driving nude. If you're an exhibitionist....ignore my advice.
Yes, many times and at differing times of the day. It is not illegal to drive nude here in Australia, provided you do not frighten the horses. So I have shorts, a towel or a sarong beside me for those occasional times when it is prudent to cover up. i.e. when passing a bus.Go for it, its part of being a True Nudist.
iOne night I got rained on at work, and I didn't want to drive 1 1/2 home sitting there wet. So I stripped off my uniform and put it all on the passenger floormat to keep the seats dry. Then I drove home. I leave work at half past midnight, and at that time, had to drive 1 1/2 hours each way to and from work. As I drove through the edge of Lakeland, Florida, I noticed a flashing blue light in the mirror. I knew I had not been speeding or making illegal lane changes, etc., and I knew it was too dark to see I was naked from another vehicle as I drove past, so I figured they were after someone else, and I pulled off the road to get out of their way. They pulled off behind me.
They had a spotlight on my car once we were stopped, and I didn't want them to see me scramble to get dressed, because I figured they might think I was going for a weapon or trying to hide drugs or something. So I picked up my wallet from the seat, got out my drivers license and insurance card and waited with my widow rolled about 2/3 of the way down.
A female officer approached the truck and asked me to step out of the vehicle. I calmly said "I'm naked. I got soaked at work and decided to drive home this way since I wasn't expecting to stop anywhere." She asked if there was anything I could quickly wrap up in, and I wrapped and tucked my shirt around my waist area. It took a REALLY long time to run my licnse and registration, but when it came up all clear she then told me that I needed to replace my taglight, since it had gone out and my tag (with reflective background and lettering) was hard to see.
Of course, I know they were actually trolling for drunks, and they probably thought they had one when they heard I was naked,
I got a warning ticket for the tag light being out, but nothing was said about the fact that I was driving naked.
I have drived naked several times especially when returning from a day at a nude beach or resort. I just don't feel like being clothed for the trip home and I like to open the sunroof and enjoy the sun or moonlight and the breeze. Sometimes I have left the house naked from the privacey of my garage and driven to a nude resort, spent the day, and driven back. I usually just keep a towel handy to either sit on or cover in case of emergency or DD drive through for coffee. It just feels good and I dont think I have ever been noticed.
