Return to DiscussionsA guy I know recently went through a divorce. We had really never done anything socially but when I heard he had split with his wife, I reached out to him as a single guy. Most divorces the women get to keep the "couples" friends and the guy is left out in the cold.Over a month ago he came out for dinner and I hinted in advance that I would be bare, he was fine with that. He stripped when it was time to soak. Last night he was coming out again. His just graduated from HS son was at home when he left and Dave told him he would be welcome to come along. His son said " will Kevin be naked? " Dave answered " probably" so the son said " uh no" I thought it amusing that Dave had told his son I hung out nude and that he had soaked that way with me. Last night Dave stayed clothed until we soaked, then post soak he made some butter beer in blender and we continued our chat, he did not get dressed until he left over an hour later. Baby steps , maybe next time he will strip at the door, and who knows his son may decide that it would be worth the exposure for a home cooked meal and a soak. At least Dave is honest with him.
One question. What is butter beer?
frozen ice cubes of cream soda dumped in a blender with butterscotch rum to taste. blend until it is like the slurpees at the gas station. yummy. I don't think that is the recipe from the Harry Potter books.
