Jun 12, 2015My wife doesn't feel comfortable without clothing on. But she is realistic. She tells me when it's too hot to take off my clothes (by then I am only wearing shorts). She also started the idea of having a towel in the living/dining room area for me to sit on whenever I am nude. And a few weeks back she said when she was home and I was naked should someone come to the house she would answer the door. She more than likely will never be a nudists but she doesn't mind if I am. If your partner in life cannot share your passion for being naked at the very least your partner should support you. After all, wouldn't you support your partner in all things?

I am also in your predicament. My wife will definitely not join me in my naked lifestyle. Have asked and tried many times, but to no avail. She knows i enjoy my nudism, but lets me do it alone. That's why i am on this fantastic site.

Jun 15, 2015Seems like there is a common theme here. Men/husbands enjoying nudism and women/wives rarely engaging or barely condoning the behavior.
More often than not, the significant others are not joining in because they are not comfortable nude. Which I assume is founded in negative self image and ridiculous body image standards that our society has so graciously adopted.
I also detect a tone of resentment. Which, as we know can be a thing that could be marriage limiting.
I only mention this bright and uplifting topic because it concerns me greatly. Is faithfulness to nudism more powerful than the bond of marriage? To stay with nudism is to be true to yourself, and putting it aside for love may garner another resentment or regret. So then what? Sneaking around and closet nudity?
These are just observations and some pieces of personal experience...
