I have never done yoga but if i did it seems like it would be easier without the clothes on

British Naturism have done naked yoga sessions on-line using a conference app, but I'm not sure whether they are still happening or whether they are available to non-members.

As a long time yoga practioner I can tell you it is way better without clothing. Your body can move much more freely and you can see all the muscles work and alignment of the joints more effectively. If I am not practicing in a clothing optional yoga group class I do my practice clothes free at home.
