Actually I started swimming nude in my pool late in the evening, which lead me to sleep nude on nights I had been swimming, then every night that summer. When fall arrived I tried sleeping in shorts, but decided nude was so much more comfortable that I would do it all the time.

Usually in bed naked under a duvet. And sometimes naked on a beach warmed by the sun.

Sleeping nude is the way to go...if there's just a slight chill...I may wear a pair of shorts & t-shirt but that's not the norm. Nude is definitely the best.
