What is the general rule for visiting nudist friends? I know bring a towel to sit on. But how do you work into being nude with them?

If I know my visitor is a fellow nudist, I invite them to take their clothes off and stay awhile. If they didn't bring a towel, I'd offer one.

Anytime a nudist tolerant visitor arrives, I am already naked anyway. Our nudist friends know they can hang their stuff by the door if they want, and some do, some stay dressed. No big deal.

If I'm expecting a nudist visitor I will get naked before they arrive. They can chose but they usually take the hint and undress. If I'm visiting a nudist I might arrive naked. Normally the host provides towels to sit on.

Strange thing happened to me.
I was swimming nude with a friend who I knew was a nudist.
He got out a little before I did.
I dried off a came in the house still nude.
He had shorts on and asked me to do the same so I complied.

If I have a friend or 2 over, I don't really expect them to bring a towel. I'll supply one if necessary. I'm almost always naked so when they get here, I'll say something like, "you can put your clothes in the bedroom". Some guys are more "shy" than others so if they want to keep their clothes on for a while it's no big deal. They see me doing my normal thing around the house naked and when they feel comfortable, they join me,

When I was staying at a small (six guests) naturist place in Spain a number of the owners' expat Brit friends came up from the nearby village one Sunday afternoon and all but one stripped off when they arrived and we played Trivial Pursuits in the nude. I am sure that if they had not undressed then us paying guests would have taken a very dim view.
