A couple of other times there was more than me and the masseuse.
One time I hired a guy to give me a massage. For some reason he could not drive so he had his BFdrive him here. I did not know until they got here . Many Korean spas I have been to have the scrub and massage tables out in the open in plain view of everyone. I'm relaxed with my eyes shut so I don't know who's watching.
Same with me too as well. I visit SpaWorld in Centerville, VA a lot and usually get a scrub and massage. You are fully naked beside the pool with everyone else. Of course, everyone else is fully nude too. Its a great place and you dont even feel "exposed" either since everyone else is naked ... actually you feel more relaxed than anything.
Like a couple of others, my most exposed naked massage was at a Korean Spa. We were in an area with 3-4 massage tables, all occupied with guys getting massages or body scrubs. The area was partially walled off from the men's spa area with hot and cold pools, showers and the entrances to the sauna and steam room, but anybody could see in. A friend was naked on the table next to me, too!
The Naturist Society used to have a SIG--the Stroking Community Network. They offered a weekend training in group massage. Five folks working on you at once on the last day of training. It was like dying and going to heaven. Best massage I've ever had, and I've had hundreds (went to massage school a few years later).
