I have been going to an outlet of Lee Massage in Campbelltown area and they allow/encourage being nude for a whole body massage.
They do use a towel and move it around depending on which part of the body they are doing at the time.
There a several outlets around Sydney so depending on your location there could be one fairly close to you.
