Return to DiscussionsIn Gary/Miller Indiana where Lake Street ends at Lake Michigan. Head west from main beach a 15-20 minute hike. The beach and dunes are typically empty. Got to watch for birdwatchers, beach hikers and random rangers on four-wheelers. Strategically located so you can see people coming. Not legal in Indiana but a great escape. Be aware of your surroundings as is the case with most public nudity in USA.
