Red wine is full of anti-oxidants which our bodies need to get rid of free radicals which are harming our blood vessels and organs. It's a veritable war going on in our bodies and we need to keep supplying ammunition to keep those radicals at bay. It makes me feel good about having a glass of wine. It feels like I'm doing my patriotic duty.
