where do you work out?
Return to Discussionsi work nights so i mostly sleep all day but i set up a home gym in the garage. i have a home gym weight system, a curl bar, some dumb bells and a heavy bag , and everyday before the people come home i have a nice nude work out to start the day/evening off. what about you guys?
I prefer to workout early morning and have a bowflex, free weights, treadmill and a few other things I use. I try to walk two to four miles a day but like to do that outside.
I wish I had a place to do nude yoga local with others though.
I try to lift weights once a week, twice during the winter. I have amassed a collection of barbells, dumbbells and a couple of weight benches in my basement. This allows me to get in a good workout without having to go to a gym. Also, I always workout naked, its much more comfortable
