Looking for someone with morning, before 12 noon, availability at least two, maximum of three times during the work week only, no weekends. I am not looking mid-day or evening workout sessions.
I work from home and have flexible time to workout on the exercise mat. Interested in moderate to advance core fitness exercises using body resistance, and free weights.
