Have done this before in hotel gyms and a couple of fitness center locations i have worked at over the year.

No one at the hotel said anything?That's my thoughts also
I have been the only person in a hotel gym on several occasions.
When I am, the shirt usually comes off but I leave my shorts on in case someone else comes in.
Usually no one does, so I guess that is how someone could work out naked in a hotel gym.

I would do it in hotel workout rooms that did not have cameras and at slow times
