Return to DiscussionsI would like to find a beginners group in NE Florida or S. Georgia for someone that knows next to nothing but has back problems and have been told yoga would help. Willing to drive a small distance. Not comfortable going to an established class yet as I know nothing about yoga.

I have taken live classes with her and used the dvd. She is really good instructor. Then when you feel confidence find a good experienced local instructor who can help you go further.
