Return to DiscussionsI know of 2 beginners nude male yoga classes both taught at Totem Yoga at 16th Street just south of Osborn Road. On Thursday nights from 5:45pm to 7pm is a beginners class and then on Saturday morning at 8am there is also a beginners class. Both take it slow and help you with your form. I highly recommend them. You can find them on the Meetup App as well.
