Return to DiscussionsHello, I have posted a short video on my profile of several of the moves I have developed for a full body nude workout on my inversion bar. I typically will do lots of reps (20-100) of each exercise. it has been amazingly therapeutic for my back and keeps my core hard and strong. I am interested in having a video professionally produced for nudists so I can explain what to do and how to make it work for your needs. Hope you like it. How versatile is that inversion table? Are you able to do any strengthening exercises or do you just hang? It seems it would be hard on a table to do many of the things that I do for building core strength, but I haven't ever done anything but hanging vertically from a bar.
