I just finished the Dichotomy of Leadership by Jocko Wilink. Great read and leadership training.

Just finished:

The Dichotomy of Leadership by Jocko Wilink

Great book and really adds on to his first book extreme ownership.

In the way of non-fiction I listened to "Lewis & Clark - The Journey of the Corps of Discovery" by Dayton Duncan and Ken Burns last month. It's all about the epic undertaking Meriwether Lewis and William Clark managed to navigate after Jefferson's deal with France to buy the Louisiana Purchase for a mere $15 million.

There are only four discs so its a quickie as some audiobooks go, and it really filled in a lot of the void my mind had about the intense challenges and damned lucky breaks those people got on their way out and back from the Pacific Ocean. Just like any good adventure story from that era, death and disease and hardship was around every bend in the rivers they traveled, but (spoiler) only one of the crew passed on during the voyage! American history buffs can read it in the buff!
