My wife was considering breast augmentation many years ago. She had had two children, her breast had lost their perkiness and their fullness. We had NOT ventured into social nudism at the time, had no other nudist friends and had no support system, such as the internet, during this time. She made an appointment with a plastic surgeon and we waited til that day arrived. Before the appointment, while watching the news, we were alerted, like many others , about the silicone damages and ruptured breast augmentations that left women disfigured and ill. My wife asked, "what should we do?" I told her that I was not willing to have her risk her health to have "fuller" breasts. She cancelled the appointment and it was the best decision she made. I love my wife's figure. She's not a skinny woman and she's filled out in all the right places ... including her breasts, which she loves. She regained her "fullness" without plastic surgery and we are both so glad that she reconsidered the procedure. BUT ... we do have one friend that did have augmentation surgery and she does have the most natural looking breasts, for an augmentation, we've ever seen ... but we're still glad my wife didn't do it.
