My girlfriend asked me to not show her identity, and I respect that. Part of it is that she has children, and they don't know that she is a nudist.

You are right, Texas_Charlie. If they are overdone, breasts implants are getting a bit better.
The main reason for starting this group was to show appreciation for women with natural breasts--not to put anyone down for having enhanced breasts.
Also, women with implants are likely to appreciate natural breasts in other women.

Fakes are easy to spot when the gals are lying down but the boobs still point up.
