Agreed...natural is best and all are beautiful. However, there are many reasons why women get implants. One reason, mastectomy or double mastectomy. Ladies, if you chose to get implants, for whatever reason...be proud of yourself, extremely proud. If you have scars, be proud still, don't worry.
My feeling is that all natural breasts, as perfect or imperfect as you may think they are, are pure and beautiful. Don't get implants if your boyfriend or husband wants you to. If its for your medical health, or your mental health, go for it if you need to and don't apologize to anyone here.
