Its the top floor; 5th floor walk-up. Large and spacious for NYC - runs from Houston to 2nd Street, full length of the building. $2,500/month. Laundry facilities in building. Only 7 units in building. My huzz and I live in the apartment below this one. We regularly host nudist game and movie nights, etc. Would be awesome to have nudist neighbors!
