Return to DiscussionsI definitely agree. It's a shame the only resorts in the state are so far from here. Of course, there is CFR in SC, which isn't so far.... but would be nice to not have to leave the state to take our clothes off outside on a warm day.
We agree. Problem is CLT is growing so quickly with refugees from the northern rust belt (NY,NJ,PA,etc) that land prices have shot out the roof. The developers can make more money through high density housing that any other land use.
I fully agree! we need something a little closer to the Queen city. I've been to CFR a few times, but the 3 hour drive is taking all the fun out of going. You'll have to do at least an overnighter to get something out of it. Unfortunately I barely ever have the time for that. So sad to say the last time I made it to CFR was 6 or 7 years ago.
