Cook more at home rather then have processed and fast food. My goal is to eat better in 2016. Can anyone recommend what to eat?depend on your goal. mostly protein is good w/ some carbs and alitte good fats.

Naturist RAW John Rose recommends a purely raw plant-based diet and he's pretty engaging and funny. He does his talks as nude as he can on youtube, but he clearly goes commando and he's admitted that he's worked out (biked) out in the woods naked when others say him, apparently he just said, I'm getting Vitamin D! He's a funny old Texan coot.
