I second what DaveHarlem said! I attend a weekly Naked Warrior Kettlebells class on Wed 7:45-8:30, $20. It's a small class of 6-8 guys. We use kettlebell weights and floor exercises, some partnering. Here are some of my videos shot after class at Daddy Retreat.
