Return to DiscussionsI've enjoyed doing nude run and I prefer to run nude when I can. I've worked out nude at a few nudist resorts, wish they put more effort to upkept the equipment.
Yes it seems like the only places to work out nude now are clothing optional resorts, make only spas that cater primarily to gay men, and home gyms.
I don't see why not. Bodybuilders wear next to nothing when they compete. Prior to the late1980's, it was not unusual for bodybuilders to train nude in male only locations.
I agree. And also the process of weigh is or was often nude. In general I must say: Bodybuilding and Nudism is a great combination. So, Bodybuilder have to be Nudists. They have the understanding of male Body every Nudist should have.

Weigh ins for all athletic activities with weight classes were usually done nude in the past.
