Return to DiscussionsI went to a new doctor yesterday and the first thing he said was that I must spend a lot of time in the sun since I'm so tan. He asked if I was a boater and I said no. He asked if I was a golfer and I said no - but I have a big garden and spend a lot of time doing that.
After he had me strip, he got this funny look on his face and asked if I went to tanning salons. I said no, I would never do that. Well then how did I not have any tan lines he wanted to know. I said I preferred to do my gardening nude. The nurse (who was taking notes at the time) looked up to check me out and laughed along with the doctor.
I got a clean bill of health, but the doctor did recommend that I use suntan lotion. He joked that I may need a whole bottle to do my whole body.
Obviously, he doesn't see many nudists (or at least not those who admit to it).
The last time I went to the doctor for my physical and he was giving me the bend over and insert finger examine, he asked if I always used sun tan lotion. I thought it was strange that he asked me at that time. He must have noticed the freckles on my butt.

I met a really nice couple at Cypress Cove this summer and he was a motorcycle cop. Ya never know! On the way home that day I started thinking I should have asked him legal questions about nudity in Florida like if it's illegal to drive while nude. Tecnically I don't think it is but not sure.
