Nude Hikers

Any & all Nudists who have & shall enjoy a Nude hike, of any length, along any trail, well trod or self-blazen; whether amidst tall timbers in a rich forest, parallel to caressing waves along a sandy beach, circuitously passing ageless stones in a high desert or wherever the proximate terrain allows for spending several hours hiking Nude & feeling the Freedom of brushing against the Wonders of...

Maybe we can get thisgroup back on topic. I just went through my hiking log for the year. I completed a total of 322.99 miles over the year. (oh just a couple more steps) During the course of the hikes I had encounters with 5 single women, 19 men, and 9 couples. Of those encounters the most interesting was when I meet 4 other Nude hkers at a pond one day. One couple and 2 men that I knew from a local Nudist park.
To start the New Year I did a toatl of 10 miles and meet a couple that I had meet a year or so ago. Happy Nude trails to all.

All nude?
If so, do you ever hike clothed?
If not, how many miles were nude?

RE:Year in review

One year I logged all my naked miles hiked with a goal of 100, about 35% of my total miles for the year. I just made it logging my last naked mile in October. That was the only year I did that because I realized that setting a goal like that took away from the experience of hiking naked. For me, the joy of hiking naked is wandering around the wilderness being just another part of nature. Counting my miles and working toward a goal, distracted from that experience. When I'm on one of my naked adventures, I also only cover one half to a third of the distance I do when hiking a textile trail.

Yes all are nude hikes. Haven't been on a textile hike in years. I track the hike distance via a GPS and log the distance when I get home.

What a great idea, new year resolution for me to start logging all my naked miles

That's great!

I've set a goal of 500 miles this year. It'll mostly be with clothes as it gets harder to find the lonely trails, seems like everyone has started hiking.

I have tried tracking how often I am shirtless and nude in warm weather, While I like to quantify things, it took time and some of the fun out of it trying too hard to achieve a goal.

Exactly. I still GPS all my hikes, mostly so I know where I've been. It's just that my goal is very general: get out and explore and experience nature in my natural state.

In an ideal world, were nudism was accepted, I'd do all my hikes naked, but alas, there are bugs and cold weather. I can tolerate both to an extent, but there are limits. I also do wilderness trail maintenance that is best done with long sleeves and long pants. And, I hike with non-nudist friends and occasionally find myself a very public trails.

However, after all that said, a bone infection in my foot (yet to be resolved) and a broken femur at the end of 2024, I will, however, have goals for 2025: hike X number of miles today, probably starting out at a 1/4 mile. If I can do it naked, all the better.

Yes doing something with friends or relatives is a reason to be clothed when you wouldn't be otherwise.
The only 2 times I have worn a swimsuit on a NJ beach since 2015 is when I went with my sister.

Isn't it too cold to hike naked in Colorado this time of year?

Hasn't been above 30F in weeks where I'm at, but that hardly matters; I'm still on crutches.

RE:Year in review

I've not been out hiking in some time, naked or otherwise :-( but along Colorado's Front Range it can be very comfortable to hike naked every month of the year. It's currently 23 f and snowing but in the last several weeks there have been a number of days at or above 60 f. Not so great today but a welcome break from Winter's need for clothing on any given day is possible.
