The weather near Atlanta wasn't too bad the other day so I went on my first nude hike of 2019. The temperature was still cool but mostly sunny when I left the house. I had long pants and two heavy shirts on just in case. But in the hour it took to drive to the trail the temp warmed up so I change into shorts and one shirt. I took a spur trail off the main trail and undressed. This trail goes along a river that shows signs of other people using it but I've never seen anyone else on it. I had to cut my way through thorny vines and shrubs that have grown since the last time I was there. And climb over fallen trees ,probably due to the heavy rains we've had all winter. I made my way to a clearing I cut several years ago. It was a lot of work clearing the low brush that had grown up but worth it. I plan to camp there overnight this summer. Despite the cool weather, I kept warm clearing and cutting. I'm glad I went on the hike that day. It was the best day in the 15 day forecast for hiking nude.
