There are 2 clubs. There is also Ocracoke where people have been know to go nude around milepost 67 if no one is around.
My favorite is the Bird Island Coastal reserve where people do sometimes skinny dip and sun nude if there are no textiles are around.

Ill second that vote for Bird Island. Beautiful, mostly isolated but a pretty good walk from parking. Go in the dunes. Textiles walk the beach along the water line. Have fun!!
