Exploring the Old & New
Return to DiscussionsI had planned 3 short trails for my midweek Nude or nearly so adventures. It was 83F with an impending storm. So I hoped to have the trails to myself.
Trail #1 is a short half mile loop. Unfortunately there was a car in the lot. So much for privacy. I aborted that idea and drove 200 yards to another trailhead.
Trail #2. Its on the backside of a park with only 2 spots for cars. I walked up the trail with shorts on to the distant middle loop. Nobody so far. So I went to phase 2, my skimpy thong that I just replaced. It felt so nice. I hiked around the loop nearly to where I started. Time for phase 3. I stripped all the way down and hit the trail that went up the center of the trails I just hiked. I was feeling confident. The only problem was the 30+ mph winds. It made the trees clank and scrape and howl. It even made it sound like voices. So I couldnt depend on my sense of sound. I got back to the trailhead and there was another car. Could there be someone else on the trail? Then I saw a guy fishing on the river. But how exciting!
Trail #3 was a new I just found. It was a couple miles further down the road. It was weird because you drive on a gravel one-lane road between two beautiful homes. The lot is small and secluded. Nobody there. Yay!! One way in, one way out. Similar to the last one, I hiked the outer loop in my thong. I took a peek at the parking lot and then stripped down and hid my clothes and car key. I felt so free. The bluebells created a carpet of iridescent color. Deer huffed at me from their day beds and pranced away. Ducks and geese flocked the river. I was totally one with nature. I balanced on logs. Slid my toes into the sand by the river. Its how life was meant to be.
