Part lifestyle, part state of mind, and almost an ethnicity (some folks tried to register the idea back in the day), hippie is more than just freaks and deadheads, although there are plenty of both under the umbrella. To be a hippie means a rejection of the status quo. Be the weird that makes people smile.
