Is it still happening? Weather looking rough!

As far as I know, its still a go. But if you havent registered yet, you cant attend. There is no race day registration.

It was cloudy and windy, but no rain or lightning. There were about 170 racers. The terrain was slightly hilly and dry. All in all, it was a good run and enjoyed by all. The bbq dinner afterwards was excellent. I didnt stay for the dance, but Im sure it was super fun.

It was a good day in general, the mostly cloudy weather was ideal to run/walk and wind was a good way to keep you cool, though they humid was bit more than normal for Texas day. There was less runners than normal due to the weather indicating it was going to rain. Total number of runners/walkers were 243 registered. As it was mention, the 5k course was over country side with ups/downs and was dry and good to run on.
Looking for forward to next race in OK.
