Nude Runners And Walkers

This group is for any runners and walkers who like to be in the nude.

Hey everyone. Any Xero Shoe runners/hikers?

I just stared running in my Xero shoes. And I have been running naked for a year now and didnt think I could feel anymore naked. I was wrong. Running in Xero shoes is uneven more liberating. crazy but Im serious.

So you were referring to the distance you ran, not an organized race?

Love mine - I can't wear flip flops or they won't stay on my feet long enough. The rear strap makes it work well. Been doing barefoot shoes exclusively the last 5 years and it's been a game-changer for me. Fewer back issues and a meatier foot - you uses micromuscles that aren't active in normal shoes. The 5-finger Vibrams are always my go-to but I use Merrill Vapor Glove when I don't want to stand out for my footwear, and in hot weather the Xero sandals are the must-have to let the feet breathe.

Love mine - I can't wear flip flops due to numb middle toes (spinal issue) and they just fling off at random. The rear strap on the Xero sandals makes it work well.
