Bouncing Buns 7K Nude Run in the Poconos

August 27th is the Bouncing Buns 7K trail run though Sunny Rest Resort in the Poconos. The resort is just off the NE extension of the PA turnpike. This will be my second time running it with some walking and hobbling depending on how I fare on the dirt trails. I'd enjoy meeting other TN runners if you are going.

I had a great time running the race! Im already registered for Xmas in August jingle balls race august 25th. 5 k this time :)

New run at Sunny Rest in Palmerton, PA tomorrow! Road Clothin Optional 5k and "fun run" "Christmas in August - Jingle Balls!" Admission incl.with price! Should be nice weather! Hope to see you there!
