Nude Standup Paddleboarding

Hello. This Group is for people who are into SUP and particularly enjoy it without clothing. There is no better way to enjoy the water while getting a good workout and an allover tan at the same time. I would love to meet others who enjoy this or would like to discuss more. please join if interested.

Got a paddleboard this summer an got out on the water a couple times. Lots of fun but boy its hard work balancing and paddling.

Only been on quiet body of water eager here about other naked SUP folks experiences.

Quiet lakes are my level of ambition as well. Not quite up for boarding down a raging river

definitely no fast moving water for me only just starting out

Made it out on some calm water and had a great time!
Surprisingly, I never fell off.

The key is to balance with your paddle and always look at the horizon while standing. I didnt do that for a while and had quite a challenge. Since I have started doing that no problems whatsoever. I have an inflatable 33" wide 10' long. Its easy to transport around to the various lakes we have.

Last year was very windy in Minn for some reason. It definitely makes it more challenging. This year has been less windy so far and will see if that holds over into paddleboard season. I generally go against the wind to start when i have more energy then let the wind take me while i sun. have to watch out for sailboats though. One lake I go to has alot of sailboats. the other 2 that are connected to it only allows kayaks, canoes, paddleboards which is nice.

Down here on Port Phillip we had two occasions this last summer that I heard about where SUPpers were blown to the far side of the Port. Fortunately they didn't encounter the heads. I'm sticking to my sit-in kayak!

I'm impatient for the warm weather so I can try out my board properly. Months to go still.

I hear that. It's been a hell of a long winter (then again aren't they all)? It's mid march so we will be paddleboarding before we know it. Things will start to heat up quickly with the sun angle equal to September now. Falling in the lake for the time of the season is always an eye opener.
