Back on treadmill
Return to Discussionsyour comment about the elliptical choice was not the problem. It was appropriate. There is an individual who always seem to inject a voyeuristic lens to posts about ordinary clothes free activity who took the thread off track.Sorry, My original intent was to simply state that I choose an elliptical over a treadmill because a treadmill is tough on my knees and that post seemed to open up a Pandora's box. Unfortunately, that post can not be deleted.
18 minutes on the treadmill today. Preceded with a Tabatha yoga workout (combining HITT workout yoga and weights) Then 3 minute 1/4 mile walk to warm up then 10 minute mile run and 5 minute walking down and a ten miniten sit in the sauna.
Next week gonna start back on he stationary bike and stepper.
Did 1 1/2 mile run in 16 minutes on the treadmill today. Burned over 250 calories running at 6-7 speed with jazz playlist going in my earbuds. Goal is to get to a mile in less than ten minutes.
Didn't you do a mile and a half in 10 minutes a while ago?
Yep did. Thats what my treadmill said. But my Fitness tracker is putting me at 12-15 minutes for mile and a half. One of the two is wrong. I am going with the tracker for now. And that means trying to get it to say under 10. Figure thats a good incentive.Did 1 1/2 mile run in 16 minutes on the treadmill today. Ran mile and a half in just about 15 minutes today. 225 calories burned. Did a 2 minute walking warm up and cool down.
Then followed up with a 20 minute yoga HITT class and a 30 minute hip opening yoga session. May attempt a 30 minute cardio to burn a few more calories before sitting in the sauna. Stay tuned
