I feel so overdressed and confined when I do. Can't imagine how bad it would feel if I tried to exercise with a shirt too.

I dont think I will go back to a regular gym again now that I have been working out nude at home for over a year. I cleaned out an area in the basement and have added a Total Gym. This summer we are talking about getting a site at our local nudist camp where I can add nude running as well as using their gym nude on weekends (thats where I got the idea to add a Total Gym). Already planning out how to spend next years $200 health insurance reimbursement adding to the home gym. Would be great if I could convince Aetna that $200 of our camp membership was to join the gym there so I could spend my reimbursement that way!

Have you considered a treadmill for your basement so you can run nude there?
I have barbells, dumbbells, two benches in my basement, just about everything I need to workout and I always workout naked, It's much more comfortable. I also have my Concept 2 rowing machine in our three season room. When it's warm enough, I row naked. Christmas day was warm enough, so I rowed naked and was working out when our neighbor brought over some cookies for Christmas. Now she knows my routine.
