If no weights, we can substitute using food cans. Really genuine here looking for guys reasonably in shape, to create a good cohesive regular group.hoping this strikes a chord with others

Had you done yoga classes online before? Was going to start up stuff with my real life class this fall but life shifted and got busy. I think it helps if you have class audience you can bring online. Get Naked Australia and other did pull it off
