I haven't had a lot of nude yoga, but I have found that the most successful method I've been a part of, for keeping the flow going in a good way, involved a romantic pairing of yoginis in charge, so when the poses do get more challenging, they can switch off so everyone is kept in the best head space (or out of their own head) and more into the group's positive energy flow. Not always so easy to accomplish having a couple who are both able to be that in tune with each other and the overall group, but worth the pursuit. I miss those sessions, with them closing their local practice and moving to the capital city of Virginia. I moved out of town as well, and do hope my hometown has someone there still offering nude yoga. There's nothing much better for the mental, physical, spiritual health.
