Hi, anyone interested nude yoga, south wales UK.
I do nude excercise and running and trying to get into yoga, following videos, maybe others new to yoga or more experienced and would like company. Or maybe there is a nude yoga class .

Same here, not long started, just been doing at home indoors and in garden, trying to follow u tube vids.
