Return to DiscussionsHello all, i have practiced yoga on and off for 15 years and for 10 of them participated in a nudist yoga class. After a few years off yoga for various reasons I am back to a daily routine.
I moved some time ago from a city to a very rural town with no yoga studio close by let alone one with classes for nudists.
I practice from 10 minutes to 45 min daily. Some days just breathing and stretching other days a sweaty challenging routine.
I dont have a perfect yoga body and dont know every movements name. I dont flow perfectly and have some body injuries making it necessary to adjust some poses and movements to accomodate my limitations.
Im looking for a yoga partner once or twice a week for a 30 min to 1 hour Yoga routine. I can try to lead or you can. Maybe follow a video?

Don't think I am the person you are looking for, but this post made me think on my situation. My yoga practice as always been at home, because I just can seem to make myself wear clothes for yoga. I could probably benefit from some instruction and doing yoga with others, but I don't want to put on clothes to do it. I live in a pretty rural area, so there is pretty much nil chance of a naked yoga class. If there is, it is underground and I haven't been privy to it. Anyway - I wonder about an on-line class using one of the video conferencing programs. Anyone heard of anyone doing that?
hiker, yes, I have heard of such programs. I can't reference any at the moment but I think if you poke around a bit you'll find some.
We have participated in nude yoga in person many times. Highly recommended if you came find it.
Im really just looking for someone to share the practice with and it can take any form as long as it serves it purpose of sharing a self love time with a fellow nudist.
I am another nudist who practices yoga naked daily at home. So finding a partner or partners to practice with is the only goal.
