I have spent more time on my back patio area practice yoga naked. In this heat it has been great cool off and allows me to tan while I stretch.

Yoga is great in building core strength and flexibility, which in turn bring a sure-footed lightness to running. In addition, it defines the upper body musculature to create a well-defied, energized and balanced male physique. Remove your clothes and be generous with pictures as you are and you're a living Michelangelo's David statue. Keep rockin it!

Definitely yoga is good cross train for runners. I have worked with many over the year who got great value from yoga hamstrings stretches for the running.

OH yeah. I love incorporating yoga into my daily routine. Running, lifting, jiu-jitsu. Yoga helps keep me primed for any activity.

I lift free weights at the gym at work on my lunch break. But occasionally I do dumbbell, sandbags and resistance bands at home. If I am home and lifting then yes I am naked working out.
