You are never too old to start yoga. We have a guy in his 70s in our naked yoga class, and he loves it. Go for it! You won't regret it. :-)

Heck no. And as my yoga teacher always says, take it at your own pace. It's not a competition. My inlaws are in their 80's and just started doing chair yoga.

I agree. Yoga is for all ages and skill levels. I used to take a yoga class regularly and my instructor was very big on making accommodations for all of us who were not born like a pretzel. So, do what you can and enjoy the experience. It's not about getting to a specific pose, but allowing yourself the freedom to do something new.
