NUDISM And SPIRITUALITY
Nudism and spirituality (in the modern sense) together bring us closer to Nature. Meditation is like inward prayer, communing with our inner being, our life spirit, making us happy and healthy.

Return to DiscussionsI used to have time every week to see if we had any new members and send a them welcome message. However, the past six months have taken up to much of my time to take care of my TN duties as I have been tied up with the business of relocating to another country. Never mind, I'm glad of any new members and welcome new topics for discussion you care to put forward.
Regards, Dave
God had created Adam and Eve and both were nude. It wasnt until Eve picked fruit from the Tree of Life and ate from it, sharing with Adam, that their eyes were opened feeling ashamed of their nudity.
Being nude is truly how God intended us to be. How we made it illegal to be in Gods image is a shame

I see it that way, too. To live naked is to live according to God's ideas. To wear clothes its a sin.

For those who believe in the Genesis Story whether literally or mataphorically, the often forgotten thing is that shame became a curse not only for Adam and Eve themselves. With the coming of shame came shamING. And so not only our own bodies, but each others became considered shameful, and not only nudity, but sexuality was also newly shamed. Sex! That beautiful act between people which expresses their bonds so wonderfully and which can, big by design doesnt always, lead to reproduction. So if the ideal is to be lived, it would be nude and all sexualities would be celebrated, admired and enjoyed openly.

I totally agree. To wear clothes its a sin. Only being nude and barefeet 24/7 everywhere is Gods image.
The 'spirituality' that this group title refers to is the spirit of Nature. Whatever religion group members believe in is personal and everyone is welcome. I am an athiest who loves Nature who feels spiritual when I'm naked and among the trees and flowers, on the beach, the sea or just feeling the sun on my body.
Well said Dave, I totally agree. With total respect to those who choose to follow any of the numerous religions, they are in so many ways, forms of controlling the minds and beliefs of different groups of society and all to often they fall foul of their own preachings. Spirituality and being, feeling at one with the natural world is something altogether more beautiful, enriching and so deeply rewarding. It is something we can all share in and be a part of, regardless of individual beliefs. Being naked in the natural world it is easy to feel and appreciate the subtle, sometimes powerful natural life energies all around us, which if we open up to, can lead us all to greater enlightenment, peace and true love.
