Nude fiction
Return to DiscussionsCan you, please, recommend a novel where nudism is the main subject?
I am not looking for romances with sexual content because everybody is nude.
I would be happy to read a book where a nude world and a dressed world collide and the heroes interact with this conflict either in a comical or in a more dramatic way.
(And... yes, I am looking for inspiration.)
No replies? Then I reply to myself!
I decided to download a random book from Amazon Kindle with keywords nudist novel. The title was Naked In High Heels by Cressida Twitchett. Here is my review:
Rating 1 (with 5 best score)
It is a spy story from the 60s set in a Nudist Colony in France. Cassie Pulaski, a young British spy, is after a dangerous enemy of the West nicknamed the Fox.
I was prepared to read the book having in mind my fathers faded colored photos traveling for business across Europe in the 60s. Soon, I had to retune my imagination and view the book as a soft porn film where acting was not a requirement for the actors to take the job. Cassie Pulaski is the type of I dont know what I am doing person. Although the reader can eliminate the featured characters and identify who the Fox is, Cassie Pulaski still suspects every guest in the nudist resort, including the extras. Towards the end, a Deus ex Machina saves her life.
Nudism, softcore, lesbian sex, straight sex, I dont know what I am doing, but I am good at sex. Two poor moral lessons in the book: Proud men with a small penis shouldnt dare to appear nude in public and Nudists get laid easily. This isnt the worst book I have ever read. On the contrary, I entertained myself for 4 hours (I am a slow reader) with a big smile on my face.
Unfortunately, I downloaded another book from the same author. I'll post my review below after I read it.
I started a group several months ago called books about naturism.
I joined your group. You need a promo campaign to make it more popular. :)I'll try not to do any spoilers.
I suppose that every spy gets in danger towards the end of story. The reference to the Deus Ex Machina is a negative comment, The story did not escalate to the dangerous incident. It resolved as randomly as it happened. Hmm... still a spoiler. and [Save CHanges]
If you're looking for book suggestions involving nudity and naturism anything by P.Z Walker on kindle should do. Its rough at first but it gets progressively better as time goes on. He has this book series called 'Mirror Earth' where essentially on an alternate world humanity's culture evolved very differently its got dinosaurs, dimensional travel, the whole bag.
There's also Naturist Red in Tooth and Claw which is a zombie survival book set in the highlands of Scotland. Said Zombies identify their food by whether or not it wears artificial coverings. Some sexual themes throughout but not really to overt.
For high fantasy, there is Age of Aenya by Nick Aliminos. Some say its a little pretentious and I haven't completed it yet but its been this guys passion project for over a decade so grammatically its very sound.
And if you're just looking for something free this site: https://www.naturist-fiction.com/ while inactive has some good stories on it.
Happy reading,
T
I think that it is not necessary to continue this thread beyond this point. There is a special piblic group Books about naturism with many recommendations. Here (and there) there are at least a dozen of recommended books, and I have already finished 3 of them. I am going to post brief reviews there as soon as I find the time to write.
Thanks for the recommendations!
