Wellers bourbon, and Balcones Rumble.
My favorite mixing: Evan Williams bottled in bond, Buffalo Trace, and Naked Malt.

Bourbons available on the shelf: Old Forester Statesman, Heaven Hill 7-year Bottled in Bond, Hidden Barn bourbons
Scotches: Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 12-year. Laphroaig Cairdeas (especially port finish), Balvenie Doublewood
Others: Jameson 12-year Irish whisky (I have the 18-year but that is up there on the wallet damage)
