Return to DiscussionsWe've all had them! Di and I played Tuesday. We lost 1 Dozen balls between us!!! We played again today ... 2 lost balls and a much better round. Di improved her game by 4 strokes ... I shot a 98 Tuesday and 98 today. Consistency is the key ... now ... if I can only get down into the low 90's ... consistently! :D
It's fun no matter what. Only thing that would make it more fun ... Golfing Naked! ;-)

Actually ... our very good friends live on the 11th fairway of a busy golf course. Every couple of months he'll bring me a large Ziploc bag of my brand of balls. These are balls he collects from his side and backyards from golfers shanking their shots while approaching the 11th green. With the hole being a dogleg left, many try and cut the corner and their ball ends up in the backyards of these homes. The people next door do not golf so those they find in their yard, they give to our friend. We haven't had to buy balls since they moved into this house 3 years ago! hahahahahaha
