Return to DiscussionsI prefer watching the summer Olympics. My favorite events are swimming, diving, and gymnastics. It's too bad the events aren't performed in the nude as they were in ancient times! They wouldn't have all the controversy about the new swimsuits.
My wife used to love watching the figure skating events during the winter Olympics. She was a huge fan of Sasha Cohen and we were fortunate to see her perform with other Olympic skaters when they came through Dallas a few years ago.
I'd much rather watch the Winter games, just so much more exciting, and also dangerous, in my opinion. My favorite "sport"
is curling; just couldn't get enough of it. I also liked the skiing events, bob sleeding, louge and skelton.
Oh, did I forget to add speed skating.
Have sat here naked to comfortable and relaxed, enjoying the telecast for the 2012 London Olympics.Great opening ceremony, and have enjoyed so far watching the rowing, some swimming and the 250klm bike ride.To all the countries, good luck, to the athletes enjoy a clean and competitive games in the true spirit of sportsmanship.To the Australian athletes instead of our favourite chant ( oi oi oi ) it should be gold gold gold.Stay naked and enjoy one and all

That's a nice idea but not practicable. In most countries nudity ist not accepted. And the girls would show everything in gymnastics.

Gymnastics actually means naked excercise!! Years ago the German swimming team did some trials in the nude and they did shave a few 100th of seconds off their times. Gymnastics were done nude at the Adolf Koch Institute in Berlin. As naturists who cares if we show "everything"?! I like both summer and winter games myself.

Yes, she is very limber. And has a streak-free sun tanned skin and a nice smile. The video shows her athletic and is not voyeuristic. And of course she has a gorgeous vagina which is seen twice.
As naturists/nudists we should view the body as a whole, not by body parts as textiles do. Each part of the body is equal to the rest. A knee is no more significant than a nipple, a finger is viewed the same as a clitoris, an elbow is not more important than the penis, etc., etc., etc.!! We do not and should not differentiate, label, designate or divide our bodies into "private" and "public" parts!! Do we have "semi-private" or "semi-public" parts, of course not!! They all sound absolutely ridiculous!!! So if someone performs in an athletic event nude, we should view it as such, an athletic event not a sexual performance! It is all a matter of context, perception and interpretation! Like looking, admiring and appreciating a beautiful piece of art, painting, scupture, statue, etc.! That is why some of our textile friends could not comprehend or understand for example how we can play nude twister but not get arroused!! Tried to explain to them that we were playing a game not have a sexual encounter!! It is like talking to a wall!! LOL!!! Now that doesn't mean that we are asexual drones, we can be just as erotic, sensual and sexual as the next person, maybe even more so, it is just that we can differentiate, put it in the proper perspective and context, when it is appropriate, in the right environment, in the right place, at the right time, with the right person or persons, etc.!!
